Community ManagerSpinnaker Property Management is seeking to fill the position of Community Manager. This position is responsible for managing a 200 unit community and reports to Property Manager. The community is located in Lacey and requires employee to live on-site for the ability to serve on-call for community emergencies. A high school diploma and a minimum of four years previous experience in 150+ unit residential property management is required. Essential Job Functions:
