Community Manager
Spinnaker Property Management is seeking to fill the position of Community Manager. This position is responsible for managing a 200 unit community and reports to Property Manager. The community is located in Lacey and requires employee to live on-site for the ability to serve on-call for community emergencies. A high school diploma and a minimum of four years previous experience in 150+ unit residential property management is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for assisting the Area Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns from that asset in accordance with the objectives while promoting the company’s professional standards of quality.
- Responsible for supervision of on-site personnel.
- Assists Area Property Manager and supervisors with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Ensures staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures staff performance of duties on a timely basis.
- Other tasks as assigned

Work Environment - While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
