Project Architect
North Pacific Design is currently seeking an experienced Project Architect.
Responsibilities to include client and owner interface, project management, complete design and construction administration of a variety of commercial and some residential projects. Project types include Commercial Office and
Scope of Responsibilities can include:
- Project feasibility analysis
- Project design - from conceptual to permit and construction documents.
- Construction document production
- Municipal code analysis and conformance reviews
- Project contract budgeting and administration
- Specification outlines
- Value engineering
- Construction administration - liaison to in-house general contractor
- Quality control of documents and project
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in architectural project management, design and document production.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited college or university or equivalent related experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with AutoCAD Architect 2009 experience preferred.
