Designer/Drafter
North Pacific Design is currently seeking an experienced Designer/Drafter.
Responsibilities to include design and production drafting of a variety of commercial and some residential projects. Project types include Commercial Office and
Scope of Responsibilities can include:
- Project design - from conceptual to permit and construction documents.
- Construction document production
- Municipal code analysis and conformance reviews
- Value engineering
- Construction administration - liaison to in-house general contractor
- Quality control of documents and project
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in architectural drafting/design and document production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required, AutoCAD Architect experience preferred.
- Degree in a related field a plus.
